METHOD 1
IF YOU HAVE A RING

Take a ring that fits you perfectly.

Measure the largest distance between the inner edges of ring and get the inner diameter in mm as shown below.

Now that you have the inner diameter of the ring, use the chart below to determine size of ring.

METHOD 2
IF YOU DON'T HAVE A RING

Wind a thread around your flinger and cut it where it meets the end.
-
Straighten the thread and measure length in mm on a ruler.

Now that you have the circumference of the ring, use the chart below to determine size of ring.
