Who we are

Subeez Jewels is a handcrafted jewellery atelier based at Mansa Devi Complex, Sector 5, Panchkula, Haryana 134114, India. We receive clients by appointment and handle enquiries mainly over WhatsApp.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us:

• Your name and phone number, so we can reply and arrange a viewing.
• The details you add to a booking request or share in conversation: the occasion, timing, city, and what you are looking for.
• The messages you send us on WhatsApp, kept so we can continue the conversation and serve you well over time.

On our discovery tools (mood search and swipe), we record anonymous, aggregated preference data under a random session identifier. This is not linked to your name or number and is used only to understand which styles people respond to.

How we use it

We use your information to:

• Respond to your enquiry and arrange a private viewing.
• Send messages related to your request: a confirmation, a reminder before your appointment, and a follow-up after it.
• Send occasional updates about new pieces and private viewings, but only if you have asked us to. You can stop these at any time by replying STOP.

WhatsApp and messaging

We use the WhatsApp Business Platform, provided by Meta, to message you. Your conversations with us are also subject to WhatsApp’s and Meta’s own privacy terms. We send you messages that relate to your enquiry and appointment. We send promotional broadcasts only to people who have opted in, and every one includes a way to opt out.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing. We use a small number of trusted service providers purely to run our own operations:

• Meta, to deliver our WhatsApp messages.
• Our database provider, to store enquiries and appointments securely.
• Our website host, to serve this site.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as you are a client or a prospective client, so we can pick up where we left off. If you would like us to delete your information, tell us and we will, unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, and you can opt out of updates at any time. Message us on WhatsApp and we will take care of it.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information and limit who can see it. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we treat your details with the same care we treat your pieces.

Children

This site and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
